How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial of Premium, full access, no card required. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to keep going; otherwise the account stays in a limited state.
How much is it after the trial?
There are two plans. Spark is $9/month or $99/year, with 40 messages a day and up to 2 companions. Bond is $19/month or $199/year, with 100 messages a day and up to 5 companions. Both include refine, Dream Life, full lasting memory and the astrology lens. A free tier is available after the trial with 4 messages a day and 1 companion.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
If you subscribed on the web, manage it from the billing section inside the app. If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app, manage or cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account settings, store purchases are handled by Apple and Google.
Can I export my conversations?
Yes. You can download a plain-text copy of your chat history from within the app.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. This removes your profile and the chats, memories, moods, companions, and goals tied to it.
Is my data private?
Your conversations stay between you and your companion. We never sell your personal information or use your private chats to advertise to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
